Remote desktop support session
To initiate a remote desktop support session with one of our support agents please follow these 3 steps.
Step 1
Contact a support agent by calling the number below or by clicking Connect now.
Inform the support agent that you would like to initiate a remote desktop support session.

Step 2
Once the support agent is on standby, click the Generate code button. A new screen will appear (livelook.com), displaying an access code. Provide this access code to the agent.
Do not close the access code window.
Step 3
The agent will then attempt to connect to your computer, simply follow the on-screen prompts to allow access and a successful remote desktop support session.
